Build Muscle And Burn Fat With Circuit Training (Old School Style)
Today I am going to show you a great way to build muscle and burn fat with circuit training. Now this isn’t the sort of circuit training you will see in the gyms with people swinging kettlebells, while standing on a bosu ball. This old school circuit training is tough, but will work great at building muscle and burning fat.

I originally read about this over at T Nation and loved it so much I thought I’d try it and share it with you.

I will start of by showing you the workout below then explain everything after.
Circuit Training – Workout 1
1. Dumbbell Bench Press: 3-4 (sets) x 6-8 (reps)
2. One Arm Dumbbell Row: 3-4 x 6-8
3. Squats: 3-4 x 6-8
4. Side Lateral Raise: 3-4 x 6-8
5. Dumbbell Triceps Extension: 3-4 x 6-8
6. Dumbbell Biceps Curl: 3-4 x 6-8
7. Squats: 3-4 x 6-8

Full Body Workout Routine For Muscle Building
I had a great workout in the gym today, which was a full body workout routine for muscle building. I thought I’d share it with you in case you want to use it sometime. It is based on the 2 days per week workout routine which I am doing at the minute because I am extremely busy at the minute. I’ll put the workout below then explain it afterwards.
Full Body Workout For Mass
1. Squats: 3 (sets) x 5-7 (reps)
2. Power Cleans: 5 x 3
3. Cable Pull-Down: 2 muscle rounds of 6 (mini-sets) of 4 (reps)
4. Incline Bench Press: 2 muscle rounds of 6 (mini-sets) of 4 (reps)
5. Shoulder Press: 5 x 8-10
6. Biceps Curl: 5 x 8-10
Full Body Workout Explanation
The workout is fairly simple to do, just work through the exercises as noted. The first two exercises are done in straight sets and will work great for strength, power and mass. You can take around 1-2 minutes between sets for these two exercises.

This is done with something called Muscle Rounds, otherwise known as cluster sets. To perform them you will do 6 mini sets of 4 reps

I am going to show you how to get bigger pecs today. The pecs and chest muscles can be hard for some people to develop. Therefore I will show you the best ways to get your pecs up to scratch and start building shirt bursting pecs.

I will show you a couple of techniques to use to bring up your pecs. The first method is something you can easily add to your existing workouts if you like. The second, will be a complete chest workout.
How To Get Bigger Pecs With Supersets
The first method in which you can add to your current workout, will use something called supersets. This is where you perform two exercises back to back. For the chest you will start of with an isolation exercise to exhaust the pecs. Then go immediately into a compound exercise.

This means that you will start of with a set of dumbbell flys, then go straight into a set of bench presses after. The sets and reps will vary depending on your workout, but I will give you some guidelines to stick
