Great job on cutting out the junk stuff try to eat whole foods, as close to the natural source is best. Cutting out HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) is another thing to try to avoid. Swimming is an obvious one as you have knee problems. Losing weight has alot to do with diet too so try to eat 5x a day 3 smaller main meals and 2 snacks in between. Also when you think you are hungry drink some water, as you may think your hungry when really you are thirsty!
