The Weber Genesis E320 Gas Grill
Some of the most popular gills on the market today are made by Weber. This is because Weber is known for their high quality constructed products. The Weber Genesis E320 gas grill is one of their most popular models. It comes with a price tag between $650 and $700.
The gas grill comes in two flavors. Firstly, the traditional liquid propane model that is the most popular and second, the natural gas version which is preferred by people that have a natural gas hookup available . On top of that, you can get them in green, black or copper colors.
This grill has a total of 14,000 BTUs comprising of 3 seperate 14,000 BTU tubular burners. The stainless steel burners will only need to be cleaned occasionally. The burner configuration gives you the option of having a hot sear zone and a cooler grilling area or the option of grilling indirectly. The Weber E320 is able to maintain excellent heat distribution thanks to its three burner configuration. The grill also comes with a 12,000 BTU, flush mounted side burner. To control the temperature accurately this grill uses extremely adjustable valves. Within ten minutes the E320 can reach its maximum temperature.
The Weber Genesis E320 provides 507 square inches of primary grilling area. There is also 130 square inches of warming rack available to use. The total cooking area of the Weber Genesis E320 gas grill is a generous 637 square inches.. Also included is a steel lid that has a single layer of enamel. A nice addition to the lid is the thermometer that has been places right in the centre.
The grill is constructed of porcelain coated sheet metal, 304 stainless steel, and cast aluminum. The frame is made from welded steel. This is much better than the riveted or bolt frames used by many other manufacturers . The Weber E320 can last upwards of 10 years if you maintain it properly. There is a 5 year warranty on almost all the parts and a 10 year warranty on the burners.
An enclosed cart is also included with the E320. The cart itself has painted steel doors and stainless steel handles and trim. There is also a rear panel and side panel that has been painted in accent-color.
