Qualcomm’s qChat Push to Talk over Cellular software all that its cut out to be. It runs on solely only a CDMA network and needs a homonogous 3G connection. From my exploration there are more alternatives like HipVoice PTT that runs on WiFi, CDMA & GSM systems. Qualcomm could learn a thing or two from the HipVoice employees.
