A few of the steps necessary to complete this look:
* darken eyebrows with black
* apply a primer and add a matte black shadow
* add matte red shadow into the upper black and pull out as far as possible
* high the area directly under the eyebrow
* with a smaller brush re-apply black shadow and then move on to a fuller brush to blend shadow
* take your black eyeliner pencil and apply to lower lid
* apply your shadow color to the area below your eye
* take your liquid liner and create the harlequin design to the eyes
* add the black shodow around the lower area of the eye
* take your red shadow and hi-light areas
* using your liquid liner - light the eyelids
* now apply two coats of mascara to both top and bottom lashes
* using your flat brush and black liner create the area for the bottom harlequin design
* add your finishing touches - purple blush and deep Burgundy matte lipstick
