The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) No 1 on Friday framed charges against three accused, Shafique Magsi, Lal Muhammad Magsi and Saleem, in the Shershah scrap market carnage case. It also issued notices to the witnesses for recording their testimonies on February 28.

According to sources, the robbers were trying to escape after mugging a man, Fahad, when Jabbar intervened and was shot in the chest. He was taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre but did not survive his injuries.
