Worst user review:We had to wait 45 minutes in rain on freezing cold car park at Manchester airport with a measly shelter to protect us whilst we waited for transport back to hotel, which was 5 min away, to collect our car. Terrible. Drop off at hotel was good though, shame return service was so poor.
