Where can I find a good online Portuguese-English dictionary? (word translations, NOT automatic phrase ones)?
Question by The Irish Dragon: Where can I find a good online Portuguese-English dictionary? (word translations, NOT automatic phrase ones)?
I have to get a good understanding of a technical document in Portuguese (I already have ok Portuguese). Apart from the usual dreadful automatic translation sites, I have found one good one with the European “IATE” site. Are there any other good ones out there I missed??

Ola’!
http://www.infopedia.pt/ is a good set of dictionaries, not only a monolingual Portuguese but also English<>Portuguese, French<>Portuguese, and Portuguese verb tables. However, it costs around 1.70 pounds a month.
Here’s a long list of Portuguese dictionaries: http://www.dicionarios-online.com/.
Priberam (http://www.priberam.pt/dlpo/dlpo.aspx) is quite good as well.
Cordialmente,
