I had pretty clear skin in high school. Then in college it got really bad. After college, and especially when I changed my birth control, it was clearing up a lot. Then I moved to Nevada (I'm from SoCal), same birth control, now 25 years old, and it's worse than ever. I have tried: Proactiv Murad Antibiotics - oral (doxycycline) Antibiotics - topical (clindamycin) Retin A Laser treatment for $1200 Not sure genetics is a factor because no one else in my family has it like mine. I eat SO healthy, a lot of fruit and vegetables, almost no meat or dairy. I work hard in school, but I am not emotionally stressed out at all. I get enough sleep. I have been taking fish oil capsules for almost a week, haven't noticed a difference. Someone please tell me what my next step is.
