I use Garnier frutis and it works perfectly on my hair especially since I cut my hair short. It doesn't leave my hair oily or cause build up. Now for you to control frizz and fly aways, use a frizz serum after you wash your hair. You can use a leave in conditioner. But I don't recommend a regular conditioner. Regular conditioners are actually meant to wash out for the ingredients it has, leave in conditioners....well you understand. Compare the 2 conditioners and you will see different ingredients....
