Its always nice to go to a place and be greeted warmly. I called 2 hours before I came just to make sure I didn't need an appointment and was told come on down. In at 11 and was out by 12. Was told everything looked good and was told rear tires just fell into yellow status which was appriciated. Very professional, clean, affodable, and a nice place to read a book while waiting.So thank you for a job WELL done(and coffee too)

Keith is always so kind and understand to the descriptions of problems with my vehicle or what I think is happening.  He is always ready to help, returns calls right away and this time went out of his way to get me a mid size loaner since my mother had recently been killed in a car accident driving a more compact car.  He was simpathetic and did not hesitate to make it work for me.

I would never go anywhere else for service on my vehicle and would definately come to you when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.

I took my Ford Explorer in October 2011 for new tires and replacement of 2 bearings.  I was told my brakes were in the yellow category 3.  So I brought in the Explorer for new brakes pads on April 20, 2012.  I was told my brake pads were in the yellow category 6 and did not need replacing.  I was also charged the full amount for brake inspection (Mike).  None of my bonus award from the previous repairs were applied to my bill.

Because her Windstar is 14 years old I asked Barry in Service to please call me if there was any unknown problems. He called promply after checking out her car. After going over our options we decided to not have the extra work done. Now we are shopping for a car for my wife, but we didn't throw good money into an older car. They gave me a good estimate on repairs which made our decision to look for a newer car very easy.
