In short, the Effective Ball Handling Program helped me a lot. I learned many new ball handling drills that helped me improve my dribbling skills after just three weeks. What really made this program different from the others, at least for me, is that it it had a 20 week progression plan of drills and workouts that I could do. With other workout plans I had stopped at a certain point or just plateaued and been unable to see any improvements. Not with this. The progressions made sense and prevented me from reaching a point where I was burnt out or could not progress any more. Here is theEffective Ball Handling Program breakdown:
Pros:
- Drills and workouts for each level of play. The program is broken into 4 week cycles, beginning at the beginner level. After each cycle there is a test that shows you how much you have improved, and allows you to move onto the next, more advanced cycle.
- A great progression plan with many different dribbling drills and workouts. Each cycle had new drills that were harder than the last, which allowed me to improve each and every day I practiced. Each drill also came with a video breakdown of how to do it, so I never felt lost or confused.
- A unique warmup routine that helped me get ready to play before some of my big games.
- Advice on developing a mindset that allows you to play your best and be more aggressive during games.
- The best quickness ball handling drills I have seen, which lead to faster and more controlled handles. Faster handles meant I could play at a faster pace, which made me much harder to guard.
- Killer calf muscles.
Cons:
- Since my dribbling was so much faster, I found that when I pulled up for jump shots my shot was consistently off. Since I came into the paint at a faster pace, I had trouble re-adjusting my shot and had to soften it a little bit.
- It is not a magic bullet and does take some work. You don’t need to practice obsessively, but you won’t improve without putting in at least two hours per week.
- One chapter was dedicated to the female basketball player, which didn’t help me at all. I realize this is nitpicking and probably sexist.

I know you want to know if the Effective Ball Handling Program is a scam or not and if it really works. I completely understand how you feel because just a few weeks ago, I was looking for a review of the Effective Ball Handling Program myself. But, after several hours of searching, I didn’t find anything genuine. That is why I created this website, to help people like you make an informed decision before buying. I also want to share my story with you in the process.

Who Am I?
My name is Justin Gibson. Basketball has been my life ever since I can remember. Growing up, I was always the tall guy. I grew quickly, but peaked at 5′ 11. Because I was on the short side for my level of play, I had to play guard. I tried to pick it up, but after graduating I realized that I did not have the ball handling skills needed to compete at the college level. My lack of ball skills killed my game, and no matter how much I practiced the drills I was doing were just not working for me.
After failing with these drills, I tried buying programs. I bought highly recommended instructional DVD’s, such as Pistol Pete’s Homework Basketball, Better Basketball’s Better Ball Handling, and Better Basketball’s Better One-on-One Offense. I went through every single DVD to try and improve my skills. Many of them were helpful (especially the Better Ball Handling DVD), but they still didn’t help me become the player I wanted to be. My handles were better, but I struggled on fast breaks and couldn’t drive well to the hoop.
A few months after I tried all the instructional DVD’s, one of my buddies I played with showed me the Effective Ball Handling Program. He had heard about it from one of his friends, and bought a copy just to see what it was like. He ran through some of the drills with me, and showed me how much he had improved in just two weeks. I looked at the program online, saw that it had a 60 day money-back guarantee, and went for it. I figured I could always return it after a month or so if yet another program didn’t work out for me.
After working on the basketball training drills that the creator, Alex Maroko, included in this program, I noticed a MAJOR improvement in my handles. I think the program’s unique progression plan was what gave me such amazing results. This plan, along with the video library of every move, drill and combination used in the program, is what allowed me to improve so quickly. This is what the other programs were missing! I have been doing this now for 5 weeks now, and my game has improved so much. I can’t imagine how much better my ball handling will be after 20 weeks of the best ball handling workouts I have seen on the market.
After using the Effective Ball Handling Program, I can see why Alex guarantees the program with his own money. It really works (98.6% success rate). It worked for my friend, and best of all, it worked for me too. I can now handle the ball so much better on fast-breaks, and I finish almost every chance I get. I am lethal cutting to the hoop, and can get past any defender who tries to play man on me. I wrote this review to help people like you, since I have been where you are now. And trust me, this program really works. If you are skeptical, just try it out for two months. If you don’t like it, just return it for a full refund.
Ive spent my whole life, living and breathing basketball. Ive tried every product, every gimmick, every DVD. Ive tried doing all the drills, Ive tried doing none of the drills. None of it did much for me and certainly none of it did for my ball-handling what Effective Ball-Handling did, and Im a professional! If you are at all interested in becoming a REAL ballplayer, you know you need your handles to be top-notchthats where The Effective Ball-Handling Program comes in.

The Effective Ball Handling Program is a program designed to help anybody improve their ball handling ability in an easy and effective way. The drills and workouts are easy to understand and do, and the suggested 20 week program of ball handling workouts delivers tremendous results without requiring hours of effort each day.
One major benefit of the program is the many basketball training tips that it gives the reader. These tips helped me improve at a much faster pace than I would have otherwise. The program also contained some of the best ball handling drills I had ever seen anywhere. For a quick breakdown of the pros and cons of the program, check out my “quick review” post.
One of the reasons this program is so popular is because it actually works. What surprised me when reading the review of Alex Maroko’s program is that many of the users saw improvements in their dribbling in as little as two weeks. That is a crazy short amount of time when you consider how much time it takes for most players to improve their skills. Alex Maroko works as a basketball coach and a speed coach, and this program is as good as having him right next to you.
After doing my research, and based on the rave reviews of the product, I decided to give it a shot (and with the 60 day money-back guarantee, it was risk free). When I purchased the product I experienced major improvements in my basketball dribbling skills and in my confidence on the court.
Below is a video from the creator, Alex Maroko, talking about why dribbling is simple and how he found an easy way to become great at it.
Are you looking to improve your basketball dribbling skills? If so, congrats on taking the first step and trying to find a program that works for you. The good news is that there is a program that I have found to work better than anything I have tried. Not only me, but my friends have also experienced the program’s benefits.
The basketball training program I used was packed with tons of basketball training drills as well as workouts that helped me reach my peak as a player. After spending over $200 on instructional DVD’s, I found the ball handling drills in this program to be more effective than any I had seen. With the other products, they give you an enormous list of drills to work on, and don’t give a way to measure your progress. After following their workouts and basketball training tips for months without results, I finally stopeed.
My friend and I both decided to split the cost of an online program that gave us just what we needed. The results were amazing. Because of the huge video library of basketball ball handling moves, along with the 20 weeks of ball handling workouts that gave me a schedule, my dribbling saw enormous improvements. Not only that, but the in-season and off-season workouts Alex Maroko suggested were crucial to my success. The basketball tips he gives for both game situations and training are priceless. I can’t begin to explain how much my handles improved, or the enormous amount of confidence I gained in my skills on the court.
All in all, I would recommend giving the program a shot. With the money-back guarantee, it really can’t hurt. Invest in yourself now, before the season starts, and get ready to be a star once you get back on the court. Have questions? Ask me anything by email and I would be happy to respond.
A few months ago, one of my friends was talking about how he never got the chance to shoot during games because he couldn’t dribble to get separation. When I asked him about the problem, he told me about the Effective Ball Handling Program. He said that he knew several people who had tried it and seen amazing results, so he was planning on trying the program for himself. I had never heard of the program, so he told me a little bit about it.
Basically, the Effective Ball Handling Program is an in-depth program developed by Alex Maroko, a certified sports and athlete trainer. What makes the program unique is the 20 week schedule of ball handling workouts that he provides, along with testing days so that you can see exactly how much you have improved in the past weeks.
My friend said that this program is easy to follow because it comes with a video library of every single move and ball handling drill used in the course. He also heard really good things about the warm-up that you learn, because his friends said it prevents injury and gives you an energy boost. I know that my basketball ball handling is not very good, and it becomes more of a problem the older I get. The big question for me (and probably for you) is if the Effective Ball Handling Program actually works. My friend hadn’t tried it out yet, but everyone he knew who had tried it had seen awesome results.
Here is how I look at it. Dribbling is one of the most important aspects of anyone’s game, and it’s something you are going to spend many hours practicing. Why not skip the long hours of practice and use ball handling drills that have been proven to work? This way you don’t waste your time, and you can see if the program is right for you in just a few weeks. After seeing my friend’s results I went out and got it myself, and it helped me enormously.
