Vinod Khanna has pulled out of Anuj Saxenas One and Only, reportedly due to ill health.
According to the Times of India the veteran actor, whose role in One and Only has been filled by Kabir Bedi, has developed a severe back problem which has to be attended to urgently.
Saxena confirmed that Khanna was no longer in the film but claimed this was due to scheduling conflicts, as opposed to any health reasons.
"We had signed Vinod Khannaji for the film but certain dates were re-shuffled and he couldnt adjust to the new schedule due to his other commitments," said Saxena.
Khanna, whose Bollywood acting career began in the late 1960s, was last seen in Dabangg alongside Salman Khan.
Priyanka Chopra's second cousin has reportedly signed up with the star's ex-secretary.
According to The Times of India, Meera Chopra will be represented by secretary Prakash Jha, who the Dostana star was forced to sack after their working relationship broke down.
Speaking to the newspaper, Meera said: "He is not a bad person. At least with me he has been very good and he has confirmed some meetings for me. He is the business partner of a person who looks after my work. In that capacity he also manages me."
Jha is rumoured to have sent a number of lewd text messages to Priyanka and is said to have also dominated her personal life.
The producer retaliated to his sacking by revealing the former beauty queen's relationship with Love Story 2050 co-star Harman Baweja.
Meera is expected to make her Hindi film debut in 2011.
Shah Rukh Khan will reportedly play a policeman in a Bollywood remake of Martin Scorsese's The Departed.
According to the Hindustan Times, Khan will play a role similar to that of Leonardo DiCaprio in the Hollywood film, which itself was a remake of Hong Kong thriller Infernal Affairs.
Discussions allegedly started when Khan met with Scorsese and DiCaprio earlier this year at the Berlin Film Festival
Reports suggest that the film would be co-produced by Khan and Vishal Bhardwaj, who are in the process of attempting to get remake rights from the makers of The Departed.
The 'I Dreamed A Dream' singer, who earlier this month became the first female artist ever to simultaneously hold both the US and UK number one spots twice in under 12 months, told The Sun that she would like her music to be remembered in years to come.
"The Beatles are still around now, their records live on," she said. "I hope to be in the same calibre one day.
"I know I've got a lot to do yet though. I'd like to meet Paul [McCartney]. If he ever wanted to perform together, I'd have no problem with it - here I am, baby!"
Boyle confessed that meeting McCartney would be "up there" with her performance for the Pope in September.
She said: "Everybody has their own draw. Meeting the Pope was an entirely different atmosphere, it was a spiritual journey I was on.
"But spiritually, meeting Paul would be up there as well."
Hrithik Roshan has refused to let his sons see him as he recovers from his recent allergic reaction.
After being rushed to hospital on Sunday, Roshan was allowed home, but the actor said that he was worried his still-swollen face may frighten his children Hrehaan, 4, and Hridaan, 2.
"They'd get so scared if they saw me like this. Though my lips are going back to their normal size, they're still not fully normal. I don't want my sons to see me until I look like myself again," Roshan told IANS.
Speaking about the reaction, the 36-year-old said that he was shocked when he saw what he looked like and immediately checked himself into hospital.
"It was crazy! I'd have been frightened to death at what I saw in the mirror. Within minutes, my lips had swollen to ten times the normal size," he added.

Coldplay have revealed that they are finalising the tracklisting for their new album.
The group, who recently pushed their fifth studio LP back to 2011, said they have narrowed the list to 15 songs and confirmed a number of song titles.
"We're down to 15," Chris Martin told Q Magazine. "I'm trying to make sure there are three songs that start with the same letter. On the last album it was 'L'. It might be 'U' this time.
"One of them is 'Up With The Birds'. It might be a duet, but we don't know who with yet. The other two might change."
Martin also said the songs 'Hurts Like Heaven' and 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall' are likely to feature on the record, and many of the tracks see guitarist Jonny Buckland "coming out of his cocoon".
He explained: "'Hurts Like Heaven' is all Jonny. It only has two chords. The songs are group-y, its guitar-y. Johnny is coming out of his cocoon. We're just trying some risky things.
"We're hungry and very fired up. In five years we'll be in our late 30s. You have to have your best work done by then."
The group recently announced that they are playing two gigs this Christmas in support of a homeless charity.
Peep Show star Robert Webb has revealed that his character Jeremy will begin a new romance in the upcoming seventh series.
The comedian told What's On TV that the hapless musician would be "bowled over" by love interest Zara (Camilla Beeput).
"She's a pseudo-intellectual who thinks Amlie is a very clever film," he explained. "Jeremy buys into it because, even though he doesn't have a clue what she's talking about, it sounds brilliant."
Webb explained that the affair will become complicated when Jeremy starts to work for Zara's music mogul boyfriend.
"Zara is already spoken for," he said. "Her boyfriend gives Jeremy a job, so his conflict is that he's got this terrific job that's related to music, but he's having an affair with his boss's girlfriend."
He continued: "That's what sort of loveable about [Jeremy]. He knows it's all going to go wrong, but carries on doing it anyway."
The new series of Peep Show begins on Friday, November 26 at 10pm on Channel 4, but the first episode is already available to watch on the Channel 4 website.
