Suffering from mild acne? An acne cream treatment might be all you really need to restore your face to its natural beauty.
Forget antibiotics and dangerous drugs - gimme some goop to smear on my face any day! What a simple acne cure!
Just taking a little care with your skin can cure many milder acne outbreaks at home. You just have to commit, practice strict self-discipline and not skip a day.
One little problem - pimple and acne cream comes in like a gazillion different brands. How do you choose the right one? By color? By smell? How about packaging - surely the one with the cool applicator would be the best for the money... just kidding!
Some products are better than others, but there is no guaranteed miracle cream, so don't even look for it.
Truth is, everybody's skin is different and so you might have to experiment a little to find the best one for your skin type and kind of acne. Look at the labeling and see what the main ingredients are, and match that first to any known allergies - you don't want to put burdock on your skin if it gave you a rash last time you went hiking!
Good products will usually include cleansers like tea tree oil or benzoyl peroxide. They will also have moisturizers like glycerin and healing agents like aloe or lavender.
You can even make your own acne scar cream out of a generic milk cream base mixed with lemon juice!
Acne creams may be a dime a dozen but so are pimples and the sooner you get started the better. The real trick to getting rid of acne is to set your schedule and stick to it.
If you set your alarm for just ten minutes earlier in the morning you can get a treatment in at the start of the day. Making skin care part of your before bed routine should be a snap.
Once you have your pattern down the wait for results begins.
That's right - you didn't think you would slap some gunk on your face one night and wake up unblemished and smooth as a baby's bottom the next morning, did you? You did? Well, sorry - doesn't work that way.
Patience, grasshopper; with proper care your skin may clear up in a few weeks or so - and if it doesn't, move on to the next product on the shelf and try again. Once you find that right combination your skin should clear up and start to glow with health again!
Experiment with some of the available acne creams. You might just find an acne solution for yourself with only acne cream treatment.

Vitamin A Skin Regimen: gmuntz.tripod.com Another link I've found with natural Acne Treatments (which includes the vitamin A Regimen) www.natural-cure-remedy.com www.cure-guide.com I only use the fade cream as a spot treatment on dark spots. This is not meant to be used all over the body (I've watched the tyra banks show where although studies have shown hydroquione causes cancer, some uses this all over their body to lighten their skin... sorry but I see that as a self hate act and was contemplating whether or not I would share what I use to lighten my dark spots. As you can see in my pictures, my face and body tones match so it may slightly lighten the treatment area but does not change your skin color. It's purpose is to lighten and gradually fades dark spots to your skin color and that's what it does.
