There is no way that I could start this Ab Circle review without giving you a success story. In just three minutes per day, I have managed to take three inches off my waist in a very short time, and I have friends who’ve lost more baggage than that! If you are willing to contribute the little bit of time each day, you will see a difference very quickly. I figure if I can do it, anyone else can get great results, too. The Ab Flyer Fitness Machine Really Can Give You Abs
I never quite trust any product that I see on an infomercial, yet for some reason I am always compelled to try them, which I did with the Ab Flyer fitness machine. This unique product is one of several products on the market right now that are focused on giving you hardcore abs in no time at all. So I thought that I would try it out for myself and see if it worked.
What I found was that the Ab Flyer fitness machine is a good abdominal workout. All you do is climb onboard, put your knees on the pad, and use your abdominal muscles to swing the platform. It looks a little silly, much like a childs swing, but you sure do feel your abdominal muscles working, and by changing your position slightly, you can work all of your abs.
The downside, if there is one, is that although the Ab Flyer fitness machine does work your abs, you will probably never see the results unless you lose the weight in your mid-section. Luckily, it includes a diet program and DVD workout plan so that you can supplement your work on the Ab Flyer fitness with better eating. For me, this seems to have worked quiet well.
The Ab Flyer fitness machine is not an inexpensive piece of home exercise equipment, although there are no electronics or even electricity involved in working it. So it may seem to be a bit overpriced in terms of what you are getting for your money. However, I found that it certainly does work and I am enjoying the workout I get from it, several times a day. The Ab Flyer fitness machine has been a great addition to my sensible diet and exercise plan that I am now taking part in.

There are a lot of ab products on the market, and I wanted to take the time to review this one, since I have used it for a while now. Many people think that these products dont work and that these products found in infomercials are just a waste of money, but I wouldnt say that with this one. Here is what I found out about the Ab Flyer.
The first thing you will notice when you see the Ab Flyer infomercial or website is that the physics behind this product are obvious you are doing crunches, but you are suspended in the air. Presumably, it is easier to do them when you are not lying on your back, and that is what I found as well. I noticed that, unlike with traditional sit-ups or crunches, my back didnt hurt when I was done.
The Ab Flyer comes with a large selection of tools to help you get fit, including a diet book, a DVD, an exercise plan and a meal plan. They make a big point of telling you that the Ab Flyer will not work that well if you dont watch your nutrition and exercise regularly. So if you are looking for a magic formula to great abs, this might not be it.
The Ab Flyer is fun to use and I noticed that my abs were a little sore the next day, which I suppose is good news. Of course, you really do have to follow the diet program (or any diet program) if you want to see major differences in your abs, but I do believe this product works in theory and if you do it regularly, you will see a difference in your mid-section. All in all, this seems like a good buy for people looking to improve their abs.

Since I have been on the Ab Circle regularly for about two months now, I thought I would post my unbiased Ab Circle results for everyone to see. You have probably seen this crazy exercise machine on television, since it is advertised almost non-stop on late-night cable stations, but you should know how it really works from someone who has used it. So, here are my Ab Circle results.
I started doing the Ab Circle just three minutes, twice a day, along with the DVD that comes with it. At first, I could barely keep up with it and definitely felt the workout the next day. As the days went on, however, my Ab Circle results started to really show and suddenly my pants felt a little looser around the waist.
This product is easy to use, is easy on the joints, and gives you a serious workout, whether you realize it or not. Like me, you will probably start to see Ab Circle results in a week or so, and then after a month, you will really begin to see how far you have come when you can go for much longer, leaving the people on the DVD well behind.
Technically, the Ab Circle has three resistance levels, so you can make your workout harder as you get stronger; it also folds up so you can slide it under a bed, and it is lightweight and easy to move around. It is a sturdy machine that doesnt at all feel rickety, and gives your whole body a workout.
My Ab Circle results really do say it all this product does work. I found that not only did I see and feel a difference in my abs, but throughout almost my whole body, and people have really started to notice that I have been working out.
